With almost 30 years of experience as a seasoned mortgage professional, I bring a comprehensive background in mortgage operations, collaborating with government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) and diverse specialty lending investors. Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service, I possess in-depth knowledge of industry guidelines and systems. My expertise includes developing training curricula, designing learning tools, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in various lending topics. My commitment to continuous learning and professional development is reflected in my history of training and mentoring others in the field. I have held various roles at FHLMC, Atlanta, GA, throughout my career, including Underwriting Senior Learning Designer, Credit Risk Policy Senior, Quality Control Underwriter, and Client Credit Manager. I have also worked as a Senior Loan Underwriter/AVP for various lenders, demonstrating extensive experience in underwriting and validating Conventional, HARP, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans. Additionally, I have held positions at Equity Home Loans and Bank of America, where I provided superior customer service and ensured compliance with company policies and regulations.
